安装工程常见偷工减料手段

    随着行业竞争的越来越激烈，施工单位往往会通过施工时的偷工减料来谋求较大的经济利益，对国家和个人利益带来极大的经济损失和安全隐患。列举以下几点常用的偷工减料手段，以供结算及跟踪审计时对照核查：


手段一、电缆线径施工时比图纸设计小一档规格或者改用铜芯线。


手段二、暗埋电缆钢管图纸设计为镀锌钢管，安装时改用KBG管，隐蔽工程不易发现。


手段三、埋地给水管道设计为钢塑管或者球墨管等金属管道，施工时更换成塑料管。同理电缆钢管更换成非金属管。


手段四、插座回路接地线更改成小一档的规格，以及灯具照明回路改穿小一档的规格（因在天棚顶上敷设不易发现）。


手段五、配电箱内预留回路控制开关少装或不装。


手段六、不按规范施工，同一管道内穿超过规范要求的电线根数。


手段七、设备或材料假冒好 或贴牌，有时很难分辨真伪，需要较高的辨别能力。


在工程造价咨询过程中注意以上几点，能给我们的造价咨询工作带来一定的帮助，为我们的委托单位减少不必要的经济损失，使工程各方的利益更加公平合理。
